Extremely creamy and rich with great flavor. I used several cloves of fresh chopped garlic instead of the garlic powder and whipping cream instead of half and half. Served it over fettucini as a primavera, with grilled chicken breast and steamed garden vegetables. It was DELICIOUS! Thanks for a great recipe.

I have made this for myself a number of times now and each time it tastes great. I haven't made any substitutions except milk if I didn't have 1/2 and 1/2, the cream cheese allows the sauce to remain thick. I'm sure fresh garlic would be great as well but it's the simplicity of this dish that keeps me coming back. Thank You for your recipe

Very thick and creamy sauce, my husband loved it, and claimed it was a keeper. I boiled some penne pasta and stirred in some cubed ham, and the boys ate it up. Tonight I'm going to stir in some chicken and broccoli. Add a salad and some Texis garlic toast and you've got some my favorite comfort foods! Thanks for a tasty, easy diner. Kellie2

Very thick and creamy, great flavor. I didn't have any half and half on hand so I used 8oz of evaporated milk instead. I threw in a 4.25 oz can of crab meat and served it with angel hair pasta. Everyone raved about it. Definitely a keeper

This was the best Alfredo sauce I\'ve eaten. I added some chicken strips and a can of button mushrooms (I know I\'m lazy) and it just got better. My family scarfed it up.

This was the perfect flavor and consistency for my Chicken Alfredo Pizza, but I did find it just the smallest bit too thick for many other things. I just added a splash of dry white wine to it and it added a great flavor and thinned it just enough! Thank you SOO much for this! Never again will I spend nearly 2 hours cooking it the hard way and hoping for THIS result!

I have never made an alfredo sauce before, and this one was very easy. It tasted so good my husband thought it should be served in a restaurant. I added charcoal grilled chicken, broccoli, bacon, and some sauted mushrooms. I served it over whole wheat thin noodles. Excellent!!!!
