This is wonderful! I was looking for a salad without hard boiled eggs and cheese chunks because my son doesn't care for them in salads. And this fit the bill. And darn tasty too!!! Thanks!

Perfect thats the word I would use to describe this salad. I had made a request for macaroni salads because I was having a pregnancy craving and out of them all this was my favorite

Simple and basic, yes, but simply and basically delicious too. I followed it to the letter (NOT). I used 12 oz of 3-color farfalle, since that was on hand, and tossed in a little extra of the chopped peppers (red and yellow. I also did not toss in all the dressing, since it would have been a bit too much for my taste. I also added an extra tsp or so of sugar, since I really like sweet salads. I consider those minor substitutions to be following it very well, do I recommend that better behaved cooks do their best to take evelyn's directions to heart. I made this last night to go with my USA themed dinner. It was super easy to throw together, though I thought it could have used more dressing..I think this would be great with crab or shrimp thrown in as well. I actually liked it better today than yesterday...the flavors seemed to meld a little more. Thanks for the recipe!

I doubled this recipe for a church picnic and it's very good! I did add some olives, peas, parsley, radishes and a little cheese. Thanks so much Evelyn, for a yummy macaroni salad! Hope you like the picture!

a delicious salad. This is about the 3rd time I have made it. My apologies for not rating it sooner. My 6 yo DGD just loves it. Some of the other family members sniffed at it, but, I notice, every time I make it, it disappears faster.LOL. Soon I'll have to double or triple it. Thanks for posting a wonderful recipe.

I made this to go with Kabobs for my daughters birthday party. I doubled the recipe and threw in a couple pickles. Everyone loved it. This is my favorite macaroni salad. I will never use any other recipe. Thanks!

Made this for our camping trip, and DBF said "this is the best macaroni salad! You must of used my mom's recipe." So, I guess this will be the recipe I turn to to make over and over again! I did leave out the peppers and celery as he doesn't like them, and added half a small jar of pimentos for color. Delicious!!
