These were fabulous muffins. I will be making them again. Low fat but moist. Adaptations: I used 1 whole egg rather than 2 egg whites, spelt flour instead of wheat flour, and I added walnuts and raisins. Great recipe. Thank you for sharing it.

Nice, virtuous breakfast food! I did add some nutmeg and cinnamon, and a few raisins, which I soaked with the oatmeal in advance. I believe they come out to 2.5 WWpoints, 2 if you make them into 12 muffins, as I put mine in a square pan, and cut into 9. I chose this recipe for my husband, who told me he wanted to eat something with oatmeal, and he likes it, he did say he wanted additional stuff in it, like the raisins, which I agree with. And it is so good for you, all of that whole wheat flour and oatmeal, why not!

I liked these, although my family didn't. Not too sweet. They definitely had a "whole wheat taste"-- chewy and slightly "bitter." I added 1 tbsp of honey and 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg (I really like spices, but that was a little much).

WE LOVE THESE MUFFINS! My husband & I are following WW plan and at 2 points each these are great for breakfast or a snack. I added a few choc. chips to a batch last week and almost felt guilty eating them. Last night's got craisins (dried cranberries) and almonds added to them and they are excellent also.

I love making and eating these muffins. I prefer to bake with honey rather than sugar, and it works beautifully in these. I usually add cinnamon and shredded apple, or sometimes chocolate chips.

These are awesome!!!I used a little less brown sugar and added some honey instead. I also added chopped apple and cinnamon. I sprinkled some cinnamon and splenda on top before baking. YUMMY!

Great muffin! Last night I got all the dry stuff together in a bowl. I measured out the oatmeal and got it into a bowl as well. Then I set the egg, the streusel topping (#127724) and the little cup of unsweetened raspberry applesauce in the bowl with the dry and placed it in the fridge. So this morning it took me about 5 minutes to put it all together. First thing I did was measure out the milk and get the oats soaking. I used Quick oats so I didn't need to soak them near as long. Then I got out the dry ingredients and mixed in the egg and the applesauce. By the time I had that all mixed in, the oats were ready to go. Mix it all together and presto! This was great. They smelled SO good while they were baking too! The streusel topping really added a nice crunch to the top. These were very good. I will make these again and again. Thanks for adopting this one!

I don't know if I did something wrong or not but I just did not care for these muffins. They just seemed rather tasteless to me. I like the low fat content but the taste just wasn't there for me.

These are great! The first batch went over so well on Friday, that I made another batch and doubled it on Sunday. I used quick oats because that was all I had on hand- I only soaked them for about a half an hour and added chocolate chips. It turned out perfectly. The 2nd time I made it I used the streusel topping (127724) and they are great. I'll have kids clamoring for them in the morning!

wow! My entire family loved these, and its hard to please them, especially the boys. These were delicious. I loved how the batter turned out thinner, so it was easier to pour into the muffin cups. I used 1/4 cup liquid egg instead of egg whites and I sprinkled cinnamon and nutmeg on the tops before I baked them. The house smelled great and the muffins were moist, tasty and healthy! Thanks
