This was sooooo good!! I made it for dinner last night and it was amazing! I followed the directions exactly and it was really easy to make. The chicken was tender and juicy and it really tasted like bruschetta on top! My husband loved it too which says a lot because he would eat a hamburger for dinner every night if he could! Thanks for a great recipe!! Keep 'em coming!!!

Absolutely delicious! This is the recipe to make with home grown summer tomatoes and fresh garden basil; in fact, I'll look forward to it every year! This recipe had been forgotten in my home files, which I have completely neglected since discovering this website, so was glad to find it posted here. Very simple to make and definitely nice enough for guests. Thanks, Rhonda, for posting a great recipe!

This was a very good dish. It did not reheat very well with the tomatoes.

I didn't disclose the name of this dish to my DH beforehand. After his first bite, I asked him what it tasted like and he promptly said, "BRUSCHETTA!" with a huge smile! In a week, I've made this twice and he is already asking me for it again. This is definitely a great recipe! Thanks!

I have made this recipe several times, and it always turns out great. My family loves the tomato topping on the crispy chicken. Delicious!

This was a very pleasing dinner. We all enjoyed it very much. I ran out of foil so I was nervous on putting it in w/out it, but I kept my eye on it and it turned out great. The coating was crunchy and the brushetta was yummy. I might add some onions to the mix next time just for some extra flavor, not that it needed it. Thanks for a great recipe!

Just wonderful! I wish I had seen this recipe when my garden was still producing tomatoes and basil. Nevertheless, it was excellent using store bought tomatoes and basil. Tastes amazingly like the bruschetta I make. This will definately be on my menu many times during growing season. Thanks for posting a winner!

I made this several weeks ago and forgot to review. This was an excellent recipe. It was different than the normal chicken with stuffing recipe. I can't wait for summer when I can make it with garden fresh tomatoes!

Just made this for dinner. It was great but my husband seemed to think the chicken wasn't juicy enough. Maybe I left it in a few additional minutes (nervous about it being done) and I shouldn't have. I do intend to make it again! Very easy!!

Absolutely delicious!! I decided last evening that my dinner would consist of all Recipe*zarr recipes so my significant other made this while I made Parmesan Parsley Potatoes(#970)and Best Banana Bread Ever(#63222)which I have also reviewed. He said there was a littl preparation but not difficult to make. Definitely a bruschetta flavour. We both agreed it was a keeper and good enough to serve for dinner guests!! The only adaptatio would be to lessen the salt next time,as we both found the tomatoes a little salty ( we don't eat a lot of salt)so for someone else the amount might be alright. Keep submitting Rhonda J.!!!
