We both loved this recipe!! the tarragon totally made it--I added more than called for and also used some tarragon vinegar I had around. I actually prepared these by roasting them in a 425 degree oven with a little olive oil before addng the sauce--I much prefer brussels that way over steamed or boiled. Thanks for the terrific recipe!!

    We love brussel sprouts and eat them often. This was a nice variation for this vegetable. Thanks Yogi, we really enjoyed the dish! I cooked it exactly as written.

    My whole family enjoyed these brussel sprouts with the sauce. I used vegetable broth and didn't have tarragon. Thanks yogi!

    Excellent recipe. I substituted shallots, white wine vinegar and used Dijon mustard. The flavours perfectly complemented the grilled Bratwurst we had.

    I had originally rated this with 4 stars, but these tasted even better the next day. I added a little extra mustard to the sauce when making it for extra flavor and thought the sauce was a nice complement to the brussels sprouts. The flavor of the sauce was more pronounced the next day and was so good.

    I ADORED this. I took meow's suggestion and roasted the sprouts. I followed the recipe as written. The sauce is heavenly, yogi.

    well, they are still "little bombs" and taste like brussel sprouts. i roasted them and they do taste better this way. i loved the sauce and used fresh tarragon in it. i will make the sauce again, but probably not the sprouts.

    Just tried this again, this time substituded half of the sprouts with broccoli florets. It was great! They make a nice combination

    These had amazing taste!!! My DH loves brussel sprouts (Calls 'em his little cabbages), however they were my first time tonight, and I thought they were amazingly good. Great sauce to go over perfectly steamed goodness. Thanks so much for a great recipe!

    Ohh my this was a great dish love it, made it for Christmas dinner tonight and everyone loved it, I will make this sauce again and add it to other dishes!!
