I added about 2 table spoons of brown sugar and instead of apple juice I ground up a apple like chunky apple sauce I marinaded the turkey until about 10 min before it was done. The turkey was very tender and juicy with a great taste on the outside.

chia, this was good, turkey was nice and tender..my tenderlions were small and to me they lacked the turkey taste under the marinade. Next time I will use actual breasts to get more of the turkey taste...TY

My dinner guests raved about this! I added a dash of garlic powder and pepper, and used 2 T dried minced onion instead of real onion.

We love this grilling recipe and have used it many times. This is almost the same recipe I use from TOH-1997. The only difference is that we put in a dash of garlic powder and pepper. I also have used pineapple juice when I am out of apple juice. Thanks chia

This a great change from my usual pork loin. I don't have a grill gasp but I did prepare this in the oven and it turned out great.

Excellent marinade for turkey. I do prefer it on breasts though. They really soak up the marinade flavor.
