Wow what a simple good cookie recipe! I made these for my son to take home with him tonight. I made them on a foil-lined slightly sprayed cookie sheet, and baked them in my air-convection oven at 350 degrees for 9 minutes. They are oh so rich and buttery, and so good! I made mine a little larger than a tsp so I got 28 cookies. This is a keeper Podabo, my son loved them..thanks so much for posting another winner...Kitten

I loved this recipe. This really hit the spot. They were so easy to make and so moist. I did try some white icing on them and that really set them off. This is a keeper. Thanks for the wonderful recipe.

So easy to make and oh so good! I baked the 2nd batch on parchment paper, resulting in less browning on the bottom. I also added a tbsp. of grated lemon peel(and about a half teaspoon of the lemon juice for an extra "zing"!Definitely a keeper!

this is a very light "lemony" flavored cookie.this is the kind of cookie that would be excellent with a cup of tea in the afternoon, or even with a glass of milk at night. and this is the first time that i've ever gotten the amount of cookies a recipe has stated.this cookie is going to be added to my cookie trays for christmas this year.thank you so much for posting.

These cookies were nice. Had a good lemon flavor. They were very easy to make. I did chill the dough a little to make it easier to scoop and then rolled each ball in sugar before placing on the cookie sheet. I then flattened each ball slightly before baking.

What a unique cookie! Incredibly moist and delicate. Very tasty. The cream cheese blends very well with the lemon flavour.

Have added this recipe to my new collection of quick and easy to prepare recipes, for those times when one needs something 'homemade'... like now! This definitely deserves five stars for ease of making and for taste. I followed the instructions and then to half added fine grated lemon peel. Both pans were moist and delicious with a lovely delicate lemon flavor. Expecting drop ins so I don't think any cookies will make it to the freezer!

These were the hit of the cookie tray this year. I ended up making three batches for family and coworkers. I made an icing of powdered sugar, milk, butter and a little lemon extract and squished it over the cooled cookies through a ziplock baggie. Took them up just that extra notch, if that's possible!

These cookies are little bites of heaven! They are so moist and tasty. I recommend NOT using a dark non-stick pan. Stick to a lighter cookie sheet to avoid having the bottoms burn. Edited to add: I've have been asked for this recipe at least a dozen times!!! My friend calls them the melt in your mouth cookies. Thanks podapo!
