OH Yummy!!! I love this soup,I knew when I saw this recipe I was going to try it,because I have just discovered tortellini\'s and I love spinach, and I was not disappointed at all,and I loved the thickness of it because I love thick and creamy soups. This was an excellent recipe. Thanks,Darlene

Really good EASY (my favorite) soup to make! My three year old kept asking for more (I wasn't even sure she would eat any because of the spinach). If I were to make again I think I would half the spinach and double the water and soup mix. Great recipe! I will make again! Thanks!

Verry good. I used Knorr kosher veg soup mix which is a larger pouch than the 1 1/2 oz so I doubled everything and made a nice big pot. I also used dried tortellini since I had them on hand so I cooked them in another pot but flavored the water with veg boullion cubes. The only thing I didn't love was the knorr soup. The flavor was nice but I didn't like the little bits of dried out veggies in it. I may try this with other veg soup mixes that dont have actual veggies and then add some peas and carrots to the soup pot as I think they would be a great additon. Overall, this was a very yummy soup and so simple to make. Stouffers makes the BEST creamed spinach and it was a great idea to use it here. Using the dried tortellini means that I can keep these ingredients on hand all the time for unexpected company or unexpected lazyness. Thanks so much for posting this. Oh, this was enough of a meal for us but it would be very good with garlic bread on the side.

I've actually been making this soup for years. A HUGE family favorite and very quick and easy for unexpected company. Always a big hit!

This was great. Instead of using creamed spinach, I used 2 small bags of fresh spinach (added at the end of the cook time). I also added 1 chicken bullion cube for extra flavor. This is a fast hearty and healthy recipe. Thanks for sharing with us.

Great recipe! Very easy too which is always a plus. I could not find creamed spinach anywhere, so I used 1 package of frozen chopped spinach and a couple dollops of cream cheese. I now keep all of these ingredients on hand for quick weekday meals. Thanks!

I added some four cups of water - I thought the soup was too thick; my daughter, however, likes thick soups. Next time, I will add some more water, BUT NOT four cups. I also used ONE package of spinach - I could only find leaf spinach NOT chopped or creamed. Next time I will try for the chopped; I have yet to find creamed spinach in our supermarkets. Y

I loved this soup! I thought it was the perfect consistency and everything about it was perfect. It probably took me less than 10 minutes to make this which made it even better. The hardest part about this soup was finding the ingredients. For some reason the Knorr soup mix wasn't with the other soup mixes, it was in the ethnic food isle by the Mexican type foods.... wierd. I also had to go to a couple stores to find the spinach which I also thought was wierd (Walmart didn't have it). However, now that I know where to get everything, I will keep it on hand to whip up a great dinner in a flash! Thanks!

Fabulous recipe...I used Low Fat cheese Ravioli instead of tortellini and it turned out GREAT!! I will be making this again to take for lunch!!

We really liked this! I also substituted the creamed spinach with frozen leaf spinach and 1/2 cup of cream. This recipe is so quick...we will definately keep this one around.
