this was great! i don't think there is any way to mess up this recipe... everything was very easy to make... I used balsamic vinegar instead of red wine vinegar... everyone loved it!

Very good! Besides all the tomato chopping it is quick and simple. I had some leftover and I made it into a pasta sauce by simmering it on the stove and adding some ground lean sausage and the tomato juice I squeezed from the tomatos. It was awesome!

After having bruschetta at a bistro last week which was disgusting & tasted like cardboard I remembered I had made this recipe some time ago. Excellent flavors!!! I made this a couple of times & forgot to rate it. I did rub the toast with some garlic and tried both red wine vinegar & balsamic, both were good. Thanks for a great recipe

We often go to BJ's just to have a glass of wine and their bruschetta. This is just as good as theirs. I use balsamic vinegar also. I meanto add shredded parmesan cheese but forgot and we never missed it. Thanks for posting. Now we can this at home!

Yummy! I made this for a party and served it with garlic bread. Wow it tasted so good & was just like the bruschetta that they serve at BJ's Pizza.

excellent! If you like garlic then cut a clove in half and rub it on after putting the olive oil on; it does the trick. Very delicious and easy.

This bruschetta was fabulous. The only thing I did different was to add some diced kalamata olives, and I drizzled the olive oil over the bruschetta at the end. Delicious! Thanks for posting.

This is the lightest bruschetta I've ever had. Nothing was overpowering, and tasted absolutely wonderful. It reminded me of the bruschetta that the finest Italian restaurants serve. Great recipe!
