This potato salad is over the top! It is so good with all the veggies and adding the olives. Great flavor. I cut the potatoes and veggies up small, and loved the texture and taste. I made it exactly as posted. Great potato salad Linda. My granddaughter licked the bowl clean!

We had a cookout and this was enjoyed by all. Loved everything about this potato salad and it was the only empty bowl at the end of the meal! I didn't add the chopped chives, as I didn't have any, but otherwise made following the instructions. I made the day before and let it set so the flavors would blend together well, and they did! This one is hard to beat in my book. Everyone was asking for the recipe and compliments don't get any better than that. Thanks for another winning recipe Linda!

This is a winner all the way to the table! Everyone was commenting how delicious it was as they took their first bite. Perfectly flavored and not too sweet. We all loved it, even my picky DS who doesn't really go for potato salad tried some after hearing all the raves about it! The bowl was empty in no time. Guess I will have to double it for the holidays next time! Thanks for sharing with us!

I have been making this recipe since last summer when I first came onto the Zaar site, and when I joined last winter I forgot to review, so I am doing it now. This potato salad is the best one I have tried to date. It is always well received where ever I bring it. My boss recently retired and I made this along with some lasagna to bring in for the surprise party for him. The bowl was empty in about 15 minutes and I had people all over the place asking who brought it and who had the recipe. I was proud to say it was me! I make this often at home for me and I can't stop eating it until it's all gone, then I want more. It's very addictive! I can't wait to show it off more hehe! Thanks Linda for this prize-winning potato salad. It gets my highest praise, because it's THAT GOOD!

We don't have potato salad often, but that is about to change. We used celery chopped fine and we really loved the combination from all the different flavors that made this one dish to remember. This potato salad is so good, none of us could leave it alone till it was all gone! I was disappointed I didn't have any to bring for dinner at work. Spoon lickin good as posted! Don

After making this and getting many compliments on the recipe at my nieces graduation, I can see why this is rated 5 stars. It is the best we have had and one that we will enjoy for years to come! Linda, your recipes are always a pleasure to eat!

I was so sick of spending a lot of money at the supermarket for a small container of potato salad. So I decided to try your recipe Linda. Thank you so much! The potato salad is the best I have ever had (of course I tend to stick to the supermarket's). I did mess up and peeled the potatos. Next time I'll leave the skins on. Without the skins though, it's absolutely brilliant. Thanks again! ***** 5 stars! UPDATE: Made it again for the 4th of July, left the skins on. Wonderful!

I made this for the first time to bring to my friends daughter's graduation party. I have to tell ya, this is the best I have ever had. I chopped up my vegetables fine, and chopped the potatoes on the tiny side too. I used red potatoes. Made the recipe as written, and wouldn't change anything. The ingredients were perfect, and the flavors were awesome! I let sit for 8 hrs. in the fridge, then off to the party we went. Everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. We give this one 10 stars!
