We use this recipe every year and have had very few problems with swimmer's ear!

I use this for my kids ear infections when they get colds and I have never had to take them to the doctor because of ear infections. When they start getting a cold or getting that achy feeling or plugged feeling in their ear, I give them a decongestant and then put a few drops of this into their ear and the next day they are so much better! Thanks for posting this for everyone to see!

My son had "swimmer's ear" one time, and that was enough to convince us to treat his ears each time he swam. Of course, I initially went and purchased the commercial product. When the bottle ran low, though, I remembered having seen this recipe so I refilled it with this combination. He hasn't developed an infection since, which has been well over two years. Now whether he would have if we hadn't used this, I have no idea. But it seems to me that it works. Thank you so much for sharing this simple preventative "recipe".

DH went to an ENT (ear, nose, throat dr), he gave him this exact recipe!! Works wonderful!! During swim season, I keep it ready and on hand for the whole family.
