An excellent blend of flavors! I've had this twice now and I still get a kick out of how easy it is to prepare eggs in the microwave. They're perfect, and so is the sandwich.

This sandwich is great!!! I would not change a thing. The chives add a completely different taste that is delicious! It is perfect for a nice summer day! Just make sure to move fast towards the end otherwise the bread will get soggy.

This sandwich may be the greatest thing to come along for me in years. I hate cleaning the frying pan and all of that stuff associated with conventional egg sandwiches. This was real good. I added a slice of american cheese, I highly suggest it.

This was okay. I didn't like it as well as I thought I would. The flavor seemed to be lacking something even though it had plenty of spice. I think this would be better with something like bacon, ham or Canadian bacon, and I will add that or a slice of cheese next time. The egg cooked perfectly in the microwave. And it definitely was quick and easy to prepare. Thanks for posting!

My duaghter and I love these. We add ham and a slice of cheese, and put the chives in with the egg. We also used a toasted bun. No chilis (she's 5!), but used a seasoning blend.
