I'm always amazed when something this easy to make tastes so incredibly delicious. This was a great way to use our tomatoes from our garden. Thanks for posting this wonderful recipe!

I started taking this to work for lunch every day this summer since I have an abundance of fresh tomatoes from my garden. I add lots of cracked black pepper because I love it with tomatoes! Lite and healthy! Thanks

Perfect! I left the cuke seeds in because I like them, and added lots of cracked black pepper. Thank you for the idea--I tend to eat tomatoes and cukes separately. I tried it twice, once using salt first, and the second using it only as a seasoning rather than a leeching ingredient. I prefer the results using it as a topping, where you can still get that crunch. I bet some slivered mint or basil might also taste good. Thanks for a winner!

This is a delightful salad! Light and refreshing without a heavy dressing to play down the flavor of the veggies. We enjoyed this very much, thank you for posting!

I used cherry tomatoes and onions(I didn't have scallions). It was very good. Next time I will also add some pepper for a little more spice. My two year old loved it!Very easy to make.

This is a really great idea! I also added some black pepper, it needed a bit more taste for me. I like that the cukes "sweat" some water out - gives you a great dressing without all of the oil - very good way to cut back on fat. I used roma tomatoes - very tasty! Next time I may add some fresh chopped basil for a bit of a different taste. Thank-you for sharing this!

So good & so easy! I'm glad we have an abundance of tomatoes in our garden - we will have this salad often. I used an English cucumber (my preference) and I substituted a small vidalia onion for the scallions. Thanx Daniele!

Such an excellent salad, light and tasty. This was prepared for me by our own Country Lady, so I cannot comment on the ease of prep. but it sure looks easy and I will try it tonight! Thanks
