I really liked this, I subbed peas/carrots for the zucchini and had some frozen scampi which I added to the sauce. Served over rotini pasta. Can't wait to try with chicken.

Okay- my husband made this, somehow managed to burn/scorch it and yet it was still surprisingly tasty. I'm thinking if it is done correctly, it will be heavenly. It contains many of my fave ingredients!

I loved this recipe... really easy to make and delicious! I only made one change to it, I used 1 1/2 tsp of garlic (equal to 3 cloves). We are garlic lovers =). I was great!

Made this just as written except I subbed yogurt cheese for the cream cheese. Attractive and very good.

I made this for dinner for dh & I. I made the chicken bite sized pieces so it would cook faster, and also used a peeler to put the zucchini into strips. I have to say, I loved the first part of the recipe. Then I put together the garlic cream sauce. It did not thicken for me, and it had this off taste. Dh ate a couple of bites, and said it tasted overwhelmingly like cream cheese. I ended up having the chicken and zucchini part plain over butter noodles (which was great!) Thanks for sharing, and sorry it didn't work for us.

This is a FANTASTIC recipe. I've substituted broccoli for the zucchini when not in season. That garlic cream sauce is out of this world. A must try!
