The buttery little crunchies are so good and really make this wonderful salad. The dressing is simple but very tasty, a bit of soy sauce adds just the right touch. This would be very easy to customize as well, maybe some mandarin oranges, purple onion, sliced egg, bacon, or chicken for variety but perfect as is. We'll be having this often at my house. Thanks, Mary Anne!

This has fast become a family favorite! Took it to a family gathering and had to give the recipe to 3 people. A year later I am editing this to add it is still as popular as ever! I like to add green onion and/or bacon sometimes. I will be making this for years to come as it requested a LOT!

Yum Yum!! This IS the best spinach salad. My husband ate three bowls of it! It's quick and easy to prepare. This will be a regular in our home! Thanks for sharing!

I was looking for a new salad recipe to take to Easter dinner at my in-law's house. This one looked interesting, and I wasn't disappointed. I sprinkled a little brown sugar over the "crispies" as they were sauteeing. I also added some ginger to the dressing and mandarin oranges to the salad. Everyone really enjoyed this salad. Thanks for sharing, Mary Anne.

This is a great, easy salad. I usually make half the dressing recipe and use only 1/3 cup sugar.

I have to agree, this is the BEST spinach salad! I could have eaten the all the ramen-buttered noodles by myself (and nearly did. I am so excited, my DH does not like "sweet" salad dressings, and most spinach salads are very sweet. This had wonderful balance of lightly sweet and tangy. It passed the test, even my kids ate their spinach. I only used part of the dressing and one bag of spinach. I wish I had bought more! Thank you!

I completely agree with this recipe's title... This is the BEST spinach salad. We served this at our dinner party last night and everyone was raving about it and wanted to know what was in the dressing. This is so delicious and very easy to make. Thanks for sharing this delicious recipe!

We really liked this. My 7 yr old told not to loose this recipe! He wasn't happy when I was frying his ramen, but he ended up eating most of the bowl! I did cut the dressing by half as I only used one bag of spinach. I may cut back the sugar by another half, it was a little sweet for me. But still very good! Thanks for posting!
