Delicious, I made it leaving out the green peppers our preference and used diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano and added a 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning & made as stated. DH loved this and I will be making this again & again, so EASY. Thank you for posting the recipe is in my cookbook.

Delicious fish dish..I used Tarakihi fillets instead of the cod. It's easy to put together and the result is first class..I liked the sweetness with the brown sugar addition. Great recipe, thanks for sharing.

I used a can of the diced tomaotes with sweet onions instead of the chopped onions and did not add the bell pepper from my preference. This saves the oil as we are really cutting fat grams. I also use any white fish available.

I decided to make this dish because I had half a tin of leftover diced tomatoes & I was scaling the recipe for 2 servings - I'm so glad I did! The sauce livened up the rather bland cod & the plain steamed rice that I served as a side. Thanx Becky!

This was excellent and fast! I used Italian seasoning instead of the different herbs. Next time I will use less then 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning because my dh thought the 1/2 I used was a bit too much. Thanks!

this was pretty good...my husband liked it and tends to enjoy tomato toppings on fish. I tend to prefer seafood stuffing on fish or batttered but did like flavor of seasoned tomatoes. I do need to keep healthy and this is a good recipe to keep that way.
