We had these for Sunday breakfast today and they were enjoyed all around. An un-stuffy pancake. Even the kid who won't eat pancakes (yes, I have one!) ate two (without syrup).

Can't remember the last time I made pancakes from scratch and now I'm wondering why. These were light and wonderful. If you're looking for thick pancakes, look elsewhere. These are thin, crepe-like pancakes and work great out of the freezer. Because they're so thin, just pop them in the toaster and voila -breakfast is ready.

Angela...you werent kidding here, these are so good plain and good with your BF idea of the cinnamon and sugar swirl. I added a little almond extract to some and that was super too. These are my pancakes to make from now on, in fact my BF requested a second batch for the freezer! TY

My DD's (ages 10 and 13) made these pancakes. The directions were easy to follow and the pancakes were light and delicious. I can't comment on whether they freeze well... my DD's tripled the recipe but there were no pancakes left over!! Thanks for posting this yummy recipe.

I've never made pancakes from scratch and this is a very good recipe to use. Even my picky 3-year-old daughter ate them, and she never would eat pancakes before. This is a nice, easy recipe with delicious results. Thank you!!!!

This is now my favorite pancake recipe also! Don't be shamed if you eat all of them because I know I could too because they are so good!! I added chocolate chips for my sister and raisins for my dad and I just had real maple syrup but they were to die for! Thanks so much for this great recipe!

Excellent recipe - very delicious pancakes, but they did not rise as high as I expected (from the picture and title). I'll take some of the blame - I probably should have wisked highter before pouring. Overall, it's definitely a "keeper".

These were easy and even in my stainless pan came away evenly browned.I used one half of a tbsp. oil to keep my pan cloth oiled. I added a shot of vanilla as I always do to my batter. Thanks for the recipe.

Good think pancake although I wouldn't call it "extra fluffy". I subbed vanilla soymilk for half the milk which worked nicely. These smelled like funnel cakes as they were cooking up and I couldn't resist throwing in a few mini chips.
