Update! This has been in our rotation for quite some time. We just love this quick and flavorful dish. Just wanted to add that when I want something fuss free that is sure to please sdinner guests I rely on this recipe. Garnished with a sprinkling of chopped green onion or minced chives really adds a nice fancy flair. Hats off to Nan! Old review: Loved this! Great recipe! Very tasty and easy to do. Loved that it finished in the oven while I made the sides AND drank the rest of the wine! LOL Thanks for yet another great recipe Nan!

I absolutely loved this recipe. I made it exctly as directed and it turned out great! I even made a side of white rice to go with it and used the leftover wine sauce from the pan as a sauce over the rice and it was fabulous! My husband loved it and he is picky... he suggested maybe cutting the chicken into strips first so you can coat it with more flour mixture and cook it all in the sauce. the crust was his favorite part.

Souper easy and SOOO delicious!! I was a bit skeptical of the flavor because of the ease when preparing... but no one would ever guess that it took so little effort for the amazing flavor!

Not much I can add to the other reviews, but it is amazing how easy this dish is and that you end up with such a tasty result. Definitely a keeper, as I always have the ingredients on hand-- great for those nights when I'm pressed for time and/or inspiration !

Thanks for the recipe — it is quite tasty and easy! One tip is to put the first four ingredients into a ziploc bag (quart or gallon) and shake the chicken to coat. This sure makes for easy clean-up! I will make this again.

Delicious! I pounded my breasts flat and used smoked paprika. I doubled the stock/wine for more sauce to pour over our brown rice. Rather than heat the oven, I just simmered on the stove top in a covered pan and thickened the sauce with corn starch mixed with water. As another reviewer suggested, I added a few snipped chives to the sauce at the end. We really loved this PanNan!

This was very easy to make and a huge hit! I only made 2 pieces of chicken but did not cut down on any of the other ingredients. In fact, I poured an entire can of chicken broth in the pan. Chicken was very moist and delicious! I'll definitely make this again.

Great chicken dish. I thought it was very easy to make and the sauce was tasty. The chicken was tender and not rubbery at all. Great tasting low-cal recipes are hard to come by but this is a good one. My family enjoyed it and so did I. Thanks PanNan
