OK, I just have two words to say about this recipe, KEEE PER! I made this after lunch yesterday and by 5:30 had a delicious dinner waiting. Everyone loved it. I served red beans and rice and broccoli with it. Thanks, for a great crock pot recipe.

DH said this is a solid 5 or more!! The sauce is delicious and the left over will be frozen and used over pasta, a real bonus! I use Kansas city smoky bbq sauce and added 1 chopped jalepeno. We will be making this one again, such wonderful taste and fall off the bone tender meat. Thanks for sharing a real keeper!!

Excellent Flavor. I cut the recipe back to 2 servings. Added a tin of sliced mushrooms using the liquid instead of the water. I made lots of sauce so I can use this over pasta. Cooked on low 7 hours - meat was fall off the bone lucious Thanks Poor George for a tasty dinner

I left out the salt, used garlic powder instead of garlic salt, used all NSA tomato products, and made a no-salt BBQ sauce. Used brown Splenda blend for sugar. This was great. The best low-sodium Crock Pot recipe ever tried. The family loved it. I may have gone a little heavy on the vinegar but it worked. Eyes watered while cooking, nose ran while eating; the way a good BBQ should work!!! (Served it over mashed potatoes)

This is very good. I started out looking for a recipe for the country style pork ribs because they have been on sale alot.....my family loved it so much i made it the next week but used pork chops. I really think this would be good with chicken or beef too!! Excellent

This was good but a bit watery for me. The grill is much better. Probably won't make it again.

I didn't have all the ingredients, so I just used what I had and it still turned out great. I forgot the brown sugar, didn't have vinger, celery or bell peppers but it still was really good.
