The store I went to didn't have pecans so I used walnuts and it still tasted great! I'm definitely making this one again!

This is a great tasting cheese ball and easy to make. The cayenne pepper added a nice zing to to it. Everyone loved it and I will definitely make this for parties again. I served it wish assorted crackers. Thank you so much MsBaton, it was enjoyed by all.

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was a hit! Everyone loved it and couldn't stop eating it. The cayenne pepper gave it a nice little kick too. On top of that, it was really easy and quick to make. I'm making it again to take to work tomorrow. Thank you MsBaton for a great recipe!

Made this last night for a birthday party today at work. I used a mexican blend cheese because that's what I had. It turned out really good. I have a good cheese ball recipe but didn't have it with me so I went searching and decided on this one. I'm glad I did. Thanks.

AWESOME I made this for a work potluck, and DH & I have enjoyed it twice since. I made one change - I had a jar of Old English sharp cheddar spread that I needed to use, so I subbed the 5-oz jar for 5 oz. of the shredded cheddar. I used a strong red onion. This is a very flavorful, oniony-garlicky cheeseball - we love it.

Very good, a bit salty for me though. I cut the onion and pepper in half (picky little kids to consider
, added a tablespoon of lemon juice, and rolled it in sliced almonds...it was really pretty and everyone liked it.

This was a very good, simple cheese ball. We made it exactly as the recipe says, however, we did feel that it was a little too salty. I'm going to use regular garlic powder instead of the garlic salt next time. Other than that, it was fabulous, a new favorite.

We love this. We've been eating it with Black Pepper Triscuits - oh my. I've made it three times now and it is loved every time. We turn into constant snack machines.

I adore this cheese ball and can't stop eating it! (So, it's dangerous as well as delicious.) The spiciness is addictive. We rolled this in walnuts. Fabulous!
