This was awesome! Easy to make, but it could be made ahead of time and then assembled and broiled last minute. I served mine up on a plate with garlic mashed taters and a salad. A keeper!

Outstanding!! I used this for our Christmas Eve dinner and it was well received. Looking at the review above, I didn't realize it was a sandwich. Worked great just on the plate with the rest of the meal!!

This was very easy and tasty. I grilled the chicken on the george foreman and used scallions instead of chives. Served it with a baked potato, and salad.

Very good and simple to make. The whole family loved it. I cooked the bacon in the oven to free up space on the stove to cook the chicken. I used monterey/colby cheese on top. This will become a regular dish in my household.

I am usually not a huge fan of whole chicken breast meals, but this is SO good! Bacon, BBQ sauce, and cheese? You can't go wrong!

I followed the recipe exactly and ended up with a definate 'restaurant quality' sandwhich. It was really good.

This is a simple, quick meal that even kids will eat....well, it is easy to work around those that won't..just served plain for them. Served with corn on the cob and "Crunchy Bacon Coleslaw" The complete meal was ready in just an hour!

I've made this several times now, and it is delicious everytime.Tonight I served it on slices of toasted sourdough bread, with mayo and tomato slices.It was absolutely awesome!Everyone loved it!

I adding chopped black olives, chopped green onions, chopped plum tomates, chopped cripy bacon, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese blend (very fine shredded). I used Kraft BBS (original). my whole family loves it..

This is my favorite from Chili's. I used the Jimmy Dean pre-cooked bacon to save some time and it tasted wonderful, will make often, thanks!
