10 Reviews of Chili's Chicken Enchilada Soup

The recipe lists an incorrect amount of masa harina. I've found it on other websites using 2 cups masa harina. Following this recipe you end up with watery soup with a hint of enchilada flavor. Try the other copy cat recipe on this site, its spot on!

I followed the ingredients to a "t" and came out with a soupy mess. It calls for way too much water. It tastes NOTHING like the soup at our local Chili's resturant.

This soup was wonderful. watch the directions carefully if you half it. the ingredients only change in the list not in the directions!! can't wait to make it again.

does not taste anything like Chili's soup. I had to double all of the seasonings too.

I Personally thought this was awesome regaurdless of how "chili's" tastes. I halved everything and added a little more of this or that depending on my own tastes, so people YOU can do that too. I did add 1 can of corn and 1 can of black beans and a small can of red enchilada sauce. Thanks QT!!

This is a terrible copy of Chili's Chicken Enchilada Soup. I tried it and it tasted horrible. I just didn't come together, you need the enchilada sauce and velveeta for the creamy soup.

I love this soup! I orginally found it on Top Secret Recipes, and it's become one of our family favorites. Thanks for posting it here!

I loved this soup- it was one of the few listed that did not need enchilada sauce to be made and it had a better taste because of it!! Added shredded cheddar instead also-- a real keeper thanks!!

PERFECT! I worked at Chili's for almost 5 years and I loved to snack on this soup as I worked. This is the closest you will get to perfecting this popular soup! THANKS!
