This was a very tasty late night drink that I just served on the rocks. I did have to add more pineapple juice, 3 ounces. I like my drinks on the weak side. Thanks Sue, the next time I make this I'll use the blender. Made for the Recipe Swap 17 game 2008 in the Aussie/NZ forum. Our group was Erica Group 8

Not a fan. I had to double the coconut and pineapple juice. Even with that, it was bland.
