This recipe is fabulous! I've made it many times and everyone who tries it loves it! It really tastes like something you would order at a restaurant. Several times, I have ommitted the cilantro, lime juice, and mint, and used lemon juice instead with a little parsley. That tastes great too!

Excellent! The flavor combination compliments the Mahi Mahi very well, and the preperation was really easy. I LOVE Mahi Mahi, but I received raves from people who are not big "fish fans", so that should tell you something.

Excellent! I'm not wild about cilantro so I omitted that but otherwise followed the recipe as written. Quick and easy to prepare. Thank you for sharing the recipe.

WOW!!! Restaurant quality flavoring. The seasoning with the tastes from the grill made this the best fish marinade I have ever had. Fantastic...thank you for sharing it. Made it with fresh asparagus and cus cus. I feel like a 5 star Chef! Try it..you'll love it.

Excellent! I bought the Mahi Mahi (never tried it before), came home and looked for tips on how to fix it. I found this recipe but didn't have all of the ingredients — I was missing the fresh mint, anaheim chili and lime zest (used bottled lime juice rather than fresh squeezed). I didn't want to run back to the store (nearest is 10 miles away), so I just went with what I had. It was still excellent flavor. BF is not really crazy about fish, but he asked for seconds. I didn't have any, so I promised I would make it again. Will definitely make this again, and I know I'll be sharing this recipe with friends. THANK YOU FOR POSTING!

I made this with tilapia instead of mahi mahi; it was excellent.

WONDERFUL! There are just LAYERS of flavors in this dish! Perfect blend of citrus warmed by the cumin and honey. MMMMM! SO easy, SO delicious. Cilantro, mint & chile were unavailable,& my only addition was a pinch of crushed red pepper. Can't wait to try it as written....thanks!

Very nice. The mint and cumin combine to produce interesting flavor. Didn't have lime, substituted lemon. Reminds me of a dish I like at a nice Napa Valley restaurant. I used a hand blender to blend the liquid ingredients together into a uniform consistency.
