This was delicious, I left out the clam juice as I didn't have any and used Japanese Sake and Soy sauce. It was great and we will be having it again!

This is a great dish, for us a total kid-pleaser. We eat a lot of fish at our house, but for the four of us, we'll need to buy 2 pounds of chilean sea bass to have enough of this recipe. The flavors are nice together, the dish cooks quickly and looks really nice. We had this over black Japonica rice and it was delicious. I wouldn't change a thing on the recipe, it's perfect! Thank you for posting this.

I made this with 1 1/2 lbs. of sea bass and my family loved it. I followed the recipe as written but I used black sesame, rather than white, for the garnish. I served this over japonica (black) rice and it was VERY good! Thanks chia for posting this keeper recipe

This is a very subtley flavoured fish dish-which is what I like. It's simple to make and goes well over rice. We had a Japanese girl arrive here tonight to spend the next 4 months with us, and she was really impressed with this dish. I can't get clam juice, so substituted chicken stock, otherwise followed the recipe exactly as written.

Wow! My husband and I eat fish at least 3-4 times per week so I'm always looking for a new recipe. This was one of the best recipes I've ever tasted. Not too many ingredients, very easy to make, and fast. It's a light dish, but the flavor was incredible. I also served it with black rice and sprinkled it with black sesame seeds at the end. Thank you!!
