I didn't do any measuring, but the potatoes turned out fabulous! I was a little skeptical that they'd really be crunchy AND tender, but they were great! Paired with Wende's 'Cheddar Bar-B-Q Chicken Breasts!!' (#26339) for an awesome meal. A definite do-over!!

This was good - a very different way of cooking potatoes. I cut the recipe in half to serve my family of 4 and I also loosened the potatoes from the pan halfway through the cooking time as they were sticking quite a bit. We liked it and I'll make it again...thanks for the recipe Betsy!

Very good. I've made these several times, with whatever type of potatoes I have on hand.

I saw these in the "Taste of Home" magazine and have always wanted to try them. I followed the baking instructions but at the end, had to flip them over and broil them to get a nice crust. I also had 2 that the cheese would not stick to, so I added more at the end. I thought the taste was good, but found them dry on the inside. I missed having butter or sour cream on them like in baked potatoes to take away that dryness.

Very simple recipe with great flavor. I adapted it to suit the oven temp of the meatloaf I was cooking and used the white potatoes that I had on hand. We will make these again. Thanks.

These were good but the cheese didn't stick to the potatoes. We just scraped the chesse mix off and served it as a topping. They were a nice change from regular baked potatoes.

These were really good and so simple. I used the white potatoes I had this time but will try red potatoes next time. We had these with Coca Cola Sloppy Joes #109671.

These potatoes were a HUGE success with my family. They were so simple to make, went together very quickly, and had lots of flavor. It doesn't get any easier than this. I will be making these again and again. This recipe is a definite keeper. Thank you for sharing!!

I'd give these 10 stars if I could. Just delicious! Now I want to grow red potatoes so I can have this often! Thanks! So glad I picked this for the Pick a Chef game!
