I always thougt the only way to prepare venison steaks was on the grill.Boy was I wrong, I followed the recipe exactly. It was great. I will use this recipe often. Thanks Kim127.

    Big hit at my house with my husband and my 4 and 2 year olds. Just added a sprinkle of McCormicks Steak Seasoning when they were in the pan. I don't think I cooked them the entire 10 minutes though. Delicious and tender!

    Excellent, quick and easy recipe. The family devoured the venison steaks. I will be using this again since we still have more in the freezer.

    Sometimes I forget how delicious the simple recipes can be. This was simple as can be and just great! I added some onions and mushrooms to the pan, but wouldn't change a thing! Dh and I loved it!

    5 very big stars from me! I tend to dislike venison but with this recipe it is fabulous! I discovered I didn't have onion salt, so I did 1/2 onion powder and 1/2 salt. It worked wonderfully and these were so good and tender.

    This was really good! My kids loved deer fixed this way. The only thing I would say is if you are not a salt fan, it might be too salty. I like things salty, so I thought it was great.

    My dh raved over this one, it was very good. I thought it was slightly salty so will reduce the salts slightly next time, but definitely a winner. Thanks!

    Absolutely OUTSTANDING. Quick and easy, and extremely tasty! I added 1/2 a tsp. of chili powder, which gave it a pleasant bit of zip. I'm so glad I found this recipe!!

    Excellent. I substituted Lawry's poultry seasoning and minced onions. Still turned out fabulous. Easy, tasty, & tender.
