These muffins were very good. I made 100 of them for a client at work today. I used frozen blueberries and because they were the size of golf balls it posed a minor problem making mini-muffins. The only fault is that the muffins are a touch too sweet. The recipe worked as printed

We loved these--perfect for Father's Day breakfast! I used sour milk instead of butter milk and added some leftover egg whites I had (about 2-3) and used the whole package of blueberries (about 2 cups). These were very light and made almost 2 dozen! Will be making these again this summer. Thanks for posting this great muffin recipe.

I found that these muffins were light, airy, and not too sweet at all. I made regular sized muffins (12 per batch) and cooked them just a few minutes longer to get nicely golden. They are simple to make, and were enjoyed by all. Thanks for posting!

I have made these for years with only slight modification. I lightly brown the butter while melting to enhance the flavor. I also add a teaspoon of vanilla and increase the berries to 2 cups. I like my muffins bursting with berries and these are moist and delicious. Before baking, I sometimes sprinkle the tops lightly with coarse sugar crystals. I can't wait for blueberry season, although I have made these with frozen berries.

These are great and we loved these. Made as directed except I used frozen blueberries which worked just fine. They had just the right texture and were not too sweet and so simple to make. Will be making these again. Thanks for posting.

Nice taste. No too sweet, and good texture. I had to leave it in for about 3 more minutes so the tops would brown nicely. I also added a teaspoon of vanilla for added flavour. I got 12 muffins, which was just right. They look exactly like the picture posted by SueL.... Thanks!
