Rave reviews from my dinner guests. I added a link of spicy sausage without the casing instead of the cayenne. The secret to this recipe is cooking the seafood for only 4 minutes. It might be a bit crunchy when you taste it from the pot but by the time you serve it, it's perfect.

This is a GREAT dish! I used a cabernet and it turned out wonderful. I also added some spicy sausage as was written in the reviews and overall I think it helped the dish a lot. I will be making this often. Thank you!

This was so good. It took a fair amount of chopping, but worth the time. I used a tablespoon of Italian seasonings instead of the 3 listed. Next time i will put the scallops in first and the shrimp 2 minutes later a s the shrimp was a liitle tough. Did not garnish. Leftovers were great. I will add mussells next time. Served with Texas toast and an Australian cab. I will be making this a lot.

This is an awesome recipe. Everyone asked for the recipe after diner. I mixed up the seafood by adding some talapia and mussels. The only time consuming part is chopping up all the vggies. The spices are excellent and the flavor fantastic!

Good stuff. I added more scallops and mussels, as some suggested, and some calamari. I made but forgot to use the garnish. Everyone loved it. It makes a very light dinner. Husband said he might like the leftovers with rice. I will certinly make it again.

Oh my, this stew was most excellent. A perfect combination of yummy spices that blended well together. I used a nice Merlot in the stew which I thought added a wonderful flavor. The garnish was a nice touch, too. As suggested, I served this stew with hot French bread and a glass of Merlot. A great recipe, Nurse Di.

Didn't want a stew, so I didn't put in clam juice or marjoram. I put over rice next time I will try pasta. Very good.

Great recipe! I served it with a garden salad and garlic parmesan cheese bread. It was a nice change from fried seafood. Thanks!
