A real winner! I always order Spinach Salad in restaurants, but now that I have this recipe I will not have to! The dressing is amazing! I brought this for a Bar-b-que and it went over very well! I added extra mushrooms because I love mushrooms but everything else I kept the same. I am so glad that I have this recipe! It is a definite keeper--Thanks for sharing it!

This salad is just scrumptious. Turns into a great cold marinated spinach "casserole" the next day too! I used 3 eggs as BoxO' Wine (interesting name!) suggested and it was a good amount. I used Extra Virgin Olive Oil and raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar. Thanks for posting.

This is the best spinach salad ever. Then again I would be hard pressed to find a recipe of Hey Jude that I didnt like. I eliminated the tomato cause i dont like tomato in spinach salad and I increased the bacon, green onions, and used 3 hard boiled eggs. Kept the sliced mushrooms on the side cause DD hates mushrooms but we love them. Try baby portabella they are fantastic with this recipe. Thanks again Judy for another great one. The dressing is kick az

Very tasty. I scaled this down to serve just me for lunch, using 2 slices of bacon and a half a hard boiled egg, and cutting the dressing ingredients in half - used maybe 2 TBSP to dress the salad and had plenty leftover. Also red onions in place of the green as I didn't have any. Forgot the parmesan, which would have been a nice addition. I heated the honey in the micro for about 30 seconds, which made it more pourable and gave me a warm dressing. Very nice lunch, will make again, Thanks for posting!

I've made this salad twice now and both time to rave reviews from my diners. BIL actually requested it the last time he visited. I made it exactly as directed except that I keep forgetting the hard boiled egg. But apparently it's not missed that much. This is a fav at our house and will be made numerous times throughout the summer months. Thanks for sharing it.

I made this for my MIL's birthday. It was delicious! This will arouse your taste buds! I announced that I didn't want any leftovers and everyone enthusiastically volunteered to have seconds. I will be making this again but next time I will try using baby portabellas like BoxO'wine recommended and I meant to top each salad with more of the freshly grated cheese but I forgot. I had soup before the salad and my MIL commented that this could be the meal and she'd be satisfied! Thank you, Hey Jude, for submitting this recipe!

A KEEPER! I left out the egg and tomato- preference- and used turkey bacon- mixed the dressing in the warm pan that was used to cook the bacon and drizzled over salad while it was wamr- om goodness- it was delish! LOVED the honey instead of sugar- fab touch! Thanks for a great recipe!
