Lobster sandwiches are divine, and what I think hot dog buns are truly meant for! These are very good!

These were very simple, but very delicious, too. I made these with lobster claw meat (which was available from my butcher and which I was told was not as great as the tail meat) but it still made these sandwiches memorable and such a minimum of work. I make my lobster rolls like this using my recipe for New England Style Hot Dog Rolls/Buns (For Lobster Rolls Etc.). I am in Hog Heaven when I have one of these babies! Thanks for posting L. Duch! Linda
