YUMMY! Wow! This recipe was so easy to make. In my haste, I dumped everything (used low fat cream cheese but regular butter) in the bowl and turned on the mixer. Then I looked at the instructions. Oops! It still turned out delicious! Thanks for sharing.

This is very nice, creamy frosting with just a hint of tang. I made your Pumpkin Bars in two 9-inch pans, scaled this recipe to 70%, and frosted them. (I didn't have enough cream cheese for the entire recipe.) It did seem to me that there was plenty of frosting, and the people I work with all commented on how good the bars were with the frosting. Thank you very much for sharing this recipe.

My six year old actually made this yesterday, all by himself. Not only did he have a great time making it, but he loved eating it as well! We put it on a carrot cake we had made, and it was delicious. Thanks for posting!

Perfect cream cheese frosting. I used it to top Kittencal's Banana Cinnamon Snack Cake or Muffins (Low-Fat), banana cinnamon snacking cake. Thanks for sharing this!

I used this on the Pumpkin Bar recipe, as suggested and it was perfect. I think it would also taste delicious on carrot cake--it's really creamy.

Perfection! I loved how the cream cheese flavor came through in this frosting. Not too sweet. I reduced the butter slightly. Like another reviewer I didn't read the instructions so I started by dumping everything in together at once. Didn't matter! Still turned out perfectly!
