Trying to get my husband to eat fish any other way than fried has been a challenge. We all thought this was delicious and it was easy on the cook (that's me) because it was simple to make. The fillets were tender and the seasoning was slightly spicy but not overdone. Thanks Nurse Di, for another great recipe.

Oh what a lovely fish recipe! We all loved it. I added some freshly grated ginger, mashed up some roasted garlic and added a few tablespoons of white wine, and a sprinkling of cayenne and then baked. The fish was moist and flaked nicely.

With our busy life style cheap and easy is the plate of the day. This dish was both. The added bounce was it also taste great. With our fast pace life styles I am always trying to find ways to incorporate fish in our diet, this hit the nail on the head. The most amazing thing is my pick daughter and grandchildren loved it.

This was my very first attempt at making any kind of fish (besides canned tuna) and it does not get any quicker or easier than this. The seasonings were very good and I will make it again. Thanks

Orange roughy is my favorite fish. Another spice to try on it is oregano. I use salt, pepper, and oregano. I don't even use butter because the fish has a rich, buttery flavor of its own.

Wonderful taste and it was soooo easy to make. If you are ever in a time crunch this is the fish to make. I highly recommend it.

My whole family loved this recipe. I used tilapia instead of orange roughy-it was about half the price. I'll be using this recipe often. Thanks for posting.
