I just got done making this recipe as finger rolls for a shower I am having today, and just sampled one of these. I have to tell you, this takes tuna rolls to a whole new level. Love the flavor and saltiness of the olives, and the onion is just enough to add more flavor, but not overpower the tuna. Love it Linda! Thanks so much for sharing this gem of a recipe with us!

These were enjoyed by all at my Christmas party. The flavor had you coming back for more! I never knew how good olives and tuna could taste together, but along with the onion, these little buggers are unbelievably delicious. I bought some small finger rolls at the bakery, and in 3 hrs. they were all gone! Linda, all your finger roll recipes sound so good, I am going to try the ham ones next! Thanks for sharing with us. This is a terrific tuna sandwich. I used less (low fat) mayo than ask for, baby spinach leaves for the lettuce and red onion. I usually add capers to my tuna sandwich's but the olives were a nice switch that still gave that bit of salt and flavor. A pita half was my bread of choice today. Yumm!

Linda, I made this recipe for lunch today and I am so glad I did. I added onion to mine and it was just perfect. Great taste and a welcome addition to my sandwich ideas! What great flavor the olives add too. Thanks so much for this luscious sandwich.

Nothing better than New England Style Hot Dog Rolls/Buns (For Lobster Rolls Etc.) grilled, then filled with a little lettuce and this filling! I ate the first one just about whole it was so good, then made myself another just because, well, because I wanted to! I had old fashioned kettle chips and dill pickles on the side and an ice cold Diet Coke to wash it down. Lunch couldn't have been better!

I made these sandwiches with a homemade recipe for Beautiful Burger Buns that I found on here. This sandwich filling is so much better than just a plain tuna sandwich it isn't even funny. AWESOME flavor from the ingredients in it. We loved these and they are my new favorite sandwich recipe. They are addicting. I had to have 1 1/2 sandwiches to quench my appetite they were so tasty! Thanks LBK!
