This was very good. I am on the atkins diet, so I left out the crust. I also substituted sugar with splenda. It was a wonderful treat.

Unbelievable! I have never made a cheesecake before & had to go find the springform pans. But this was very easy to make and got rave reveiws from my dinner party. I bought the graham crackers as crumbs so didn't have to mess with that. I also put some almonds and nut topping in a processor and added it to the crumbs for the crust. I used about 2X the amount of butter called for as the crust seemed too dry to me otherwise. It came out very moist and did have cracks in the center but no one cared. I offered cherry & blueberry pie filling as toppings, but many people ate it without the topping. It is SUPERB!

So far this is the best tasting cheesecake I've ever made. It comes out smoother if I mix everything else well before adding in the eggs. Thanks!

This is the best cheesecake I've ever made! Thanks to you, I'm becoming famous for making cheesecakes amongst my family! I've substituted various things for the sour cream-dulce de leche, apples and caramel. Awesome! Thanks so much!

I should have taken heed to your warning! I made this cheesecake for a church potluck to recognize the graduating seniors. Not only were people foregoing the entrees to grab a slice of this, but the decorated cake ordered for the seniors was ignored. Now I've been told that for future potlucks I need to bring 2 of these decadent creations. The name says it all here!

This made a lovely cheesecake! It was quite rich though and so I found that I couldn't each much at once. This meant that this cheesecake was too big for me and my 8 friends who enjoyed it. Next time (and there will be a next time!) I'll make half the recipe I think.
