very easy to make, about 5 minutes. the recipe made 9 pancakes 6 inchs round fluffy very light. I was pleased that butter and syrup didn't "water log" the cakes. You could add any fruit in this recipe. Overall these were the best I've ever made. thank you dansa111

I made these pancakes this morning for the family and they were great! I found them to be light and cakey. I think the melted butter is what made them so delicious. I'll be using this recipe from now on. Thanks Bill.

Excellent pancakes. I was afraid I wouldn't like them because they looked too thick while they were cooking, but they were very light!

These are the best homemade pancakes ever. I always make a double batch because they freeze very well!

Very, very good pancake recipe! Way thumbs up on this one. I added 1 tsp. vanilla and a whole ripe banana and this was fabulous. I will not rely on BisQuick for my family's pancakes anymore!

Great recipe, Bill! This is the first time I've made pancakes without a mix *for shame*, and my family was so pleased! I had a bottle of maple syrup tucked away for a special saturday morning, and today turned out to be the day. I doubled the recipe and got probably 15 good sized pancakes. The batter seemed a little thin, but the cakes puffed up beautifully. Thanks for a great recipe, Bill!

Delicious light and fluffy pancakes! I used 1/4 cup measuring cup to pour the pancakes and it made eleven 5-inch pancakes. This is the ONLY recipe I will use for pancakes from now on! Thanks Bill!

Made these to take camping! I mixed up the dry ingredients, including enough powdered skim milk to make up the milk portion. Then when we were on camp, I added 1 egg and 2 egg whites, 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon of applesauce, and the water to make up the 3/4 cup milk. I did add a little extra water as it was a bit too thick for my liking. Will make again! Thanks!

Fantastic fluffy and flavorful pancakes. I made the recipe exactly except I added 1 tablespoon of vanilla... we like vanilla! Delicious! A Keeper, for sure!
