I have made these twice in the last 2 weeks to accompany dinner. Very tasty and easy to put together. I added extra garlic and used green onion. Just the right amount of sweet and savoury. Thanks for the recipe. Catherine

Very good! I served this aside a steak dinner. Next time I will add a bit more garlic and onion for a little extra flavor.

Yum, these were wonderful. I added a heaping tablespoon of mayo to the batter and they were moist and delicious! Thanks!

I messed these up and they still came out great! Forgot I was halving the recipe when I got to the garlic, and ended up with twice as much in the batter. Since we're garlic lovers and I was pressed for time, I left out the onion and went with it. They were awesome! A very nice addition to the dinner table. Thanks so much!

Really tasty. I was gonna make yeast rolls to go with my Spicy Midnight Soup, but was pressed for time so I decided to go for these and I must say they were very good. The only problem I had was that they stuck to the paper cups, so next time I'll probably just spray a non-stick muffin tin and not bother with the paper cups. I also only got 9 rather than twelve, but maybe I just make them bigger than you do.

Very easy, quick and veeeery good! But I used little bit more milk than 1 cup because I decided that the batter was too thick (maybe the egg I used was too little), so it took 25 minutes to cook them instead of 20. Excellent taste and texture: the onion is just transparent and looks like glazed inside the muffin.... Yummmm!

These were great! I added one finely chopped green onion, 1 tsp. garlic powder and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese. Next time I think I will cut back a little on the onion and add some more green onion. My husband loved these!!

These are so delicious and so easy to throw together and the aroma in your house while these are baking is divine! The batter is very thick and lumpy, like Hey Jude said, and they turn out perfect when baked. Thanks for sharing this tasty recipe!

These were very good and easy to make. I agree with others that they could use a little more garlic. Next time I will add some garlic powder, and maybe a little cheese on top. Served with Youvarlakia Avgolemono (Greek Meatball-Egg/Lemon Soup). Thank you for a great recipe.
