These pancakes are so incredibly easy to parepare and so very, very tasty!! I have never had IHOP pancakes, so I am unable to make the comparison, but these little rascals are quite delicious!! My attention was called to this recipe because it is made in the blender and I have never made pancake batter in a blender before, but it proved to work perfectly!! This recipe makes a thin pancake, which I personally enjoy. I served with real butter and real maple syrup for great breakfast!! Thank you for sharing this recipe!

If you want these pancakes to be light and fluffy, like IHOP's, substitute buttermilk for the milk, and instead of mixing everything in a blender, which tends to make a thin batter, resulting in a thinner pancake, put all the ingredients in a bowl or a large measuring cup (I use a 4 cup capacity) and mix with a hand mixer. The batter should be thick. These turn out exactly like IHOP pancakes!

This isn't a bad recipe but to make thicker pancakes just add more flour. I made a few on an old pancake skillet and found they were way to thin but with another 1/2-1 c flour the next ones came out like big fluffy pancakes

Fluffy and delicious! These pancakes are wonderful with butter and maple syrup. Using the blender is very convenient since the batter can be poured right into the skillet. They'll be thicker if only turned once and seem to do better with a quick shot of cooking spray in a nonstick skillet. I found this recipe about 5 years ago on topsecretrecipes.com and have made them often with great results. Thanks for posting!

These were great! I did add a little more flour to make the pancakes thicker. This recipe was a hit with my husband (he's very picky about his pancakes). I'll be making this recipe again!

I made these this morning. They were really easy to make. The pancakes are a little on the thin side. So if you are looking for a heavy pancake skip this one. The taste is great and I will be making these again!

This is the only pancake recipe I use - It is so good! Sometimes when I make them in the blender I add a banana and pecans. Yum! However, you do not always have to use the blender to make these pancakes. Most of the time, I just whisk by hand - It's much easier than cleaning my blender.
