You have just improved on my favorite popcorn topping. I always make popcorn, bake it in a low 200 oven for at least a couple of hours, then sprinkle on olive oil and lots of nutritional yeast, and a little salt. Now I'll have a nice jar of this delicious stuff to make the popcorn even better. Thanks.

This is my new favorite recipe! I love this stuff on pasta and italian bread sprinkled with olive oil. No, it doesn't taste just like parmesan, but has a wonderful, kinda nutty, flavor. The amount of salt in this is perfect, too.

Missy, I KNOW this is SO healthy, and I wish with all my heart I could like it. But I just could not embrace the taste. I tried it on popcorn, potato wedges and pasta, but it was not for me. I am glad you posted it, though — it introduced me to a new food. I have been "hiding" the yeast in my morning smoothies since it is so very rich in nutrients.

I tried this on spaghetti. To me it did not taste any different from just using plain nutritional yeast.
