This is a great recipe, the first time I made it the fudge was gritty. But tasted delicious. So my second batch I put the granulated sugar into my food processor and processed it until it was fine. I did not have quite enough peanut butter left so I added a half of a bag of peanut butter chips and 1 cup of honey roasted peanuts. It turned out amazing. Creamy, sweet and filled with crunch peanuts. I will make this many times !

Does not have the rich dark tan appealing color and texture that I expect peanut butter fudge to have. Sets and cuts nicely. Grainy "whipped" texture, not creamy. Good thickness. Maybe should be boiled more than 4 min. More marshmallow flavor than peanut. Still satisfying if you want a sugar fix. I would not choose a recipe again, that included marshmallow in peanut butter fudge.

This is wonderfully easy recipe that tastes great! If you have ever made Fantasy Fudge, this is the peanut butter version and just as easy to make. I brought mine to a rolling boil and let it boil for 5 minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients. My peanut butter loving son declared this wonderful! High praise from a picky eater. Thanks for posting a keeper!

I was asked to make peanut butter fudge for Christmas, but I didn't want a complicated recipe. This was my first time making fudge, period. It was super easy and tasted awesome. I cut back on the sugar to two cups instead of three. Everyone enjoyed the fudge, and I will definitely make this again!

This was good, just not exactly what I was looking for. I followed the directions EXACTLY, and it still seemed a just bit too crumbly and soft. Great flavor though. It is, as another reviewer mentioned, very light colored. I think I'll try it again, using half brown sugar/half white sugar, and cooking for five minutes instead of four.

I used 2 and half cups of sugar and it was just perfect. The creaminess and crunchiness of the peanuts made this a perfect fudge combination. This is some to die for fudge! I am taking it to my pregnant friend at work tomorrow who requests my peanut butter fudge every year. This is a different recipe than I use, but way easier and just as delicous if not more so! Graniness was not a problem..I mellt the butter and evap milk first over low heat then add the sugar and stir till boil and then boil for four minutes. Perfect texture!

Fabulous fudge!! This is the first time I have made fudge and everyone loved it. Very rich and creamy. Having read others reviews, I cut the sugar back to 2.5 cups and it was still very sweet!

The first thing about this fudge was how easy it is to make. The best thing about this fudge is the taste and texture. Even my peanut butter hating son in law gobbled it up. My daughter is always requested to make her choc fudge for his office. She included some of this and now she says she needs this recipe for next year. Thanks for a terrific recipe.
