This is definately a keeper! The entire family loved it. I made it pretty much as directed, leaving nuts out because a few would rather not have them. I don't know if it was necessary but after an hour in the oven the center appeared 'jiggley' so I left it in another 20 minutes. Like I said I don't know if it was necessary but it definately didn't hurt anything. Delicious dessert! Thanks, I will be making it again!

OH MY GOODNESS! OK, SO EVERYONE LOVED THIS!!!!! It called my name at all times of the day, so I thought I better share with my mom's office and mine , or I'd eaten the whole pan. So good, what a great alternative to regular ol' pumpkin pie!

I followed the recipe and I would not change anything. The best Pumpkin Dessert, I will make it many times. The only thing I could not find was if it needed to go in the refrig. My husband said better than pie.

This was a rave at the potluck I took it to, though I did make some changes: I reduced the melted butter to 1/2 cup and I don't think I missed a thing except calories. Also, evaporated milk is the same thing as condensed milk. 'Condensed' is sometimes confused for being a sweetened version, but I'm glad I didn't use sweetened condensed milk or it might have been too sweet. The recipe fits perfectly in a 13x9 and looks as good as it tastes!
