This was easy, tasty and worthy of any tuna steak that finds it's way into my house. I did it exactly as written. All I did different was deglaze the pan with some white wine and lemon zest. Yes, I did this in a skillet and the results were superb!

Good Golly Miss Molly, this is fantastic! Loved everything about it. The Old Bay gave it wonderful flavor mixed in with the lemon and lime it was the ultimate! If you haven't tried tuna this way DO IT! You won't be sorry. Outstanding! When grilling the trick is to sear in the juices, so make sure your grill is nice and hot! Tuna served in the finest restaurants are pink in the middle, so don't think you have to cook it to death, because it is best this way!

This tuna steak really is full of flavor and very different from anything I've ever tasted. It does taste a bit like steak. It has a very fresh taste.

I made this tonight and it was very tasty and moist! The marinade seals in the juices and keeps the tuna from drying out. Make the marinade in a large ziploc and place your tuna inside to marinate for easy clean-up. Delicious!
