Thanks for posting this! I was introduced to this dish by my wife at the time, a young lady from Ohio. I lost track of her years ago, and had given up ever tasting it again. I had forgotten the name, and had only a vague recollection of the ingredients. But then along came the internet, and a reunion with my high school sweetheart (who happens to be a great cook). I recently found the recipe here, and convinced my hunny to try making it for me. She made a couple of adjustments for my dietary requirements (mainly substituting low fat turkey keilbasa for the real deal) and served it to me last night. I just ate the leftovers for lunch, and well, it's as good as I remember. Thanks again!
