Oh My Gosh Laurie is is so Delicious, My DH couldn't belive that I had found this Recipe. We use to go to a Resturant in the Bay area by the name of Ken's Pancake House. They made Pancakes like this. Also one with apples in it. It is so easy to make , I loved watching them PUFF Up while baking. This will be a regular at our house. Thanks Laurie

Good oven pancake recipe. In a convection oven baking time is best at no more than 10 minutes. Note the servings here are what we call 'dietician servings'. My preschooler wasn't happy with one serving and DH and I could have easily eaten the entirety ourselves and we weren't that hungry. So if its the only thing on offer, then you might fall short.

Fast and easy to make. Mine fell when I cut it, but I assume that it's supposed to. I might add a bit of vanilla to it next time. Around my house it would serve two people. I served mine with maple syrup. Thanks for sharing your recipe Laurie!

This is my favourite oven pancake ever. I make it in a 2L casserole pan as I don't own a pie pan. I greased it well with margarine. Mine puffed up only a little. Which was perfectly fine for me! I love the dense bottom that it ends up with. I sprinkle mine with a bit of lemon juice and then sprinkle with icing sugar. Try it with lemon juice! It is so good. This recipe is so easy to prepare. And I love that I only end up with one bowl to clean!

This was really easy & good. For some reviewers, its small size was a problem. For us - perfect for two - we ate the whole thing!

Oh! This was so-o good. I fixed it for a ligh supper fille with powder-sugared blueberries and raspberries and topped with whipped cream. Granted this sounds like a great summer supper (or breakfast) but we had it in these crazy pre-Christmas days. The two of us split this and it was very filling. I know we'll be having this lots. In the meantime, I'll try it next for breakfast with syrup or honey as suggested. Really looking forward to it!

Yum. Who'd have thought you could bake a pancake! So funny to watch it rising. Got all bubbly and ugly. But tasted great. I added raisins to mine and served warm with grape jam (only because we didn't have rasberry). Thank you for sharing this recipe

I had never made an oven puffed pancake before and I must say this was so delicious. I served it with sweetened sliced strawberries and whipped cream. Awesome! Thanks, Laurie.

This was very good. I made some additions too it but did not change the orginal recipe at all. I cooked some apples with brown sugar and cinnamon and added to the batter. When it was done I added white sugar mixed with cinnamon and sprinkled over the top. I stuck it back in the oven for a minute and it made a crunchy crust. I think this would be good as a savory meal to. Green pepper, onion, ham, cheese etc. There is not sugar in the batter so the choices are endless. Overall I really enjoyed it, it was easy to make, quick cooking and really versatile.

It tasted o.k with honey, but was very thick and solid once it de-puffed. Not at all like a pancake. It really just tasted like egg. I wouldn't make it again.
