After doing a comparison, my family and I both agree that this recipe came out even better than Olive Garden's! P.S. If you use Campbell's Beef Broth it comes out the best!

This was a very easy stew to make. I cut the recipe in half and then added a clove of garlic and doubled the pasta. The flavor was great and I will make this again. However next time I will cook it for 45 minutes and then add the pasta and finish it off. Vegies weren't cooked enough for me.

TERRIFIC! Browned half pound browned ground beef, plus half Italian sweet sausage (casings removed). Tossed it all together in a slow cooker (except for carrots, celery and pasta). Cooked all day. I chose to use less ground pepper (just 1 1/2 tsp) and used fresh Italian flat parsley, and 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, instead of Tabasco. Thirty-minutes before serving, I microwaved carrots and celery for 5 minutes, adding with the pasta. Simmered until tender, while making salads. Family and friends LOVED it! Thank you so much for sharing.

I thought this was great!! I always simmer soups longer and cook the pasta separately to avoid starchy broth and mooshy noodles. I will make this again for sure.

My husband and I really enjoyed this hearty soup. It is certainly comparable to Olive Garden's version, if not better. This recipe is definitely "a keeper".

I always halve this (approx...1 can red beans, 1 can white) and use the pasta like olive Garden uses. I add it upon serving though so it doesn't suck up the broth. Sometimes I start it in the crock pot the night before I want to eat it the next day. half a recipe is so perfect for my 6-quart crock pot. I think I add extra veggies though, as I really like them. It's more like a stoup once the pasta is added. Serve with extra tabasco on the side for a greater kick. The finished stuff freezes well for lunches later.

This recipe is Delicious!! I made it in crockpot and home smelled great all day! I used jar spaghetti sauce, Italian sesoning instead of the oregano and Tabasco sauce. It's easy and inexpensive to make. The veggies are tender. Even using half recipe made enough for hubby & me, son and family and neighbor who mows yard for us.Am going to make 1/4 or 1/3 recipe next time. All that is needed are some breadsticks. We have this soup about once a week! Thanks Nancy for great idea!

I made this for my Bunco group and it was a big hit. Everyone wanted the recipe. I left out the Tabasco sauce and added the pasta before serving and it turned out great! I even froze the leftovers....can't wait to eat it again!! It was delicious!!
