This is a super and different recipe Sharon. I was about to post it myself when I noticed you had done so. I've made this for years and everyone who tastes it asks about the ingredients. BTW, this also freezes well. I often make two balls and freeze one for a later party.

Amazing...simply amazing! My guests were so curious as to what was in these! I should have made more because there definitely wasnt enough! Fabulous flavors!

Great recipe. Made this for book club and everyone loved it. Instead of curry powder, I used Garam Masala and Chana Masala, a dash of cumin and some cayenne pepper. Also, I used only 1/2 cup of mango chutney since the brand that I bought had an over-powering taste. Next time I make this, I may even leave out the chutney - it was great w/o it.

Delicious cheese logs!!! Time is required to let the flavors meld together. I could not find mango chutney, but used peach chutney. Easier preparation to put in fridge to allow to get very cold before forming logs or balls. A great item to have for parties or wedding receptions. Glad you decided to share this recipe! Thank you!!
