My mother and grandmother made this and it's always been a family favorite. We add a lot of dill!

So easy, so good. I made it on Sunday & had some with lunch today. They are crunchy & crisp. Be sure to press the cukes as the recipe says to get excess water out, I dried the cukes after rinsing them. As suggested let them sit at least a couple of days Thanks Chia very good recipe

Chia, these are so good, My mom use to made them like this though she never added the dill. The dill is a nice addition. I did use splenda instead of sugar. DH loves these will be making them again have lots of fresh cuccumbers out of the garden.

Exactly what I was looking for! I used splenda instead of sugar and omitted the dill. Very yummy! Thanks for a great recipe!

This was perfect. The dill was a nice addition - subtle but sweet. I used Stevia rather than regular sugar and it was great!

I made this to have with our dinner tonight but there's a real danger of having none to serve because I keep picking at it. It's so good, I just love the combination of flavors. I'll have to make it again to see how it ages...this will surely be gone today! Thanks Chia...great cukes!

This was very quick and easy to make, very few ingredients, and was refreshing and delicious. It keeps well and gets better as it sits for a while. Very nice recipe, a keeper!

Very good! DH (who has never been a fan of cucumber salads) ate it all up and asked for more. Thanks for the easy recipe!

I like this at lot. I use white onion because I always had a cucumber and white onion salad as a kid. This has nice flavor and is a good thing to have to augment meals.
