These were so delicious. The flavor of the stuffing mix really makes them special. They fried to a deliciate crisp. My husband put his on toasted buns with mayo. The kids and I dipped ours in honey-mustard sauce and chili sauce. Vewy, vewy good. Thanks pb.

First time out, I followed this recipe spot on and these delcious cakes came out perfectly. My husband gave it a weird look when I served them up, but he went back for seconds and thirds! I tried this recipe with seasoned bread crumbs, but those are a little fine and it didn't seem to hold its shape as well. I next made it with a veggie-seasoned stuffing mix and then added a little parmesan cheese to the mix..YUM. I also sauteed a little garlic in the pan, and then fried these babies in the garlic-infused oil. Added a real nice flavor. I am going to try this next with canned salmon. Bet that would be good. Maybe a little finely chopped celery? Excellent recipe, Princess. It's in my regular rotation now!

These were amazing good and easy. My roommate was convinced they were crab cakes. I will be making these a lot. Thanks so much for the great recipe.

These are very good. I used to use a similar recipe from Kraft that used a stuffing mix; however, it always turned out a bit too salty. I have not had that same problem with this recipe. I have used it successfully with canned crab and tuna and salmon. Since this is one of the easiest ways to get my family to eat fish, I make a huge batch of these at once and freeze some for later.

What a great, economical recipe to get fish into the diet. My DH and I loved these. I used egg beaters and light mayo and dry fried in cooking spray making these great for the diet. I served on a whole wheat roll with homemade tarter sauce. I will make these again soon.

We absolutely loved this recipe! I am the mother of 3 picky eaters and a husband that gets bored with the same old food very easily and this is one recipe that is sure to make my life WAY easier! Everyone loved it! My DH and I even got to take it to work the day after and enjoy it all over again! A minute and a half in the microwave and these were good to go - thank you for posting!

This was very good! My toddlers gobbled them right down, which I was surprised! I did change a litttle....I exchanged the dill with some spicy brown mustard. It was delicios. Thanks again
