I have a number of tilapia recipes, and this one is my new favorite! The title is perfect as the crust is very crispy and crunchy. My husband and I thought it was delicious (and it takes alot for me to rate something as delicious). I will definitely be making this again, but with one small change: I won't salt after the fish comes out of the pan since it came out a tad too salty for us. Thanks for the great recipe, Rita L.

This was very good. Nice and crispy. I didn't have any buttermilk, so I used half and half. It was very easy to prepare.

Crispy without deep frying! Love that! Great flavor and simple, easy, fast recipe! Great for weeknights. I added a little Tabasco to the buttermilk- a little trick I learned long ago. Doesnt make it HOT just adds a nice touch. This was FANTASTIC! Thanks Rita!

We're from the South, so we know our fried fish, but I'd never made it from scratch before. I actually used catfish, because that's what I had available, and it was really really really good - crispy outside and juicy and flavorful inside. Thanks so much, Rita!

This was VERY good fish !!! I liked the light , crispy coating . I was not crazy about the Old Bay seasoning in this (just my personal preference). I am looking forward to this tasty , easy , fish again !

This fish recipe was very good and I used it with sea trout. My family really liked it. I followed the directions except I forgot to salt the fish at the end. I will definitely be using this recipe again. Thanks, Rita L!

Really nice combination of flavors. I left out the flour dusting but left everything else the same. Cooked up really nice and tasty. Real crisp on the outside and moist and flaky on the inside, just like we like it. Thanks for another great one Rita.

This was my first tilapia cooking experience and it was very successful! I made this using just one pound of tilapia fillets. We LOVED the coating and I plan on mixing it in bulk to use as a quick, after-work method of cooking fish. The Old Bay was the key, I think....the scent of it brought my computer-gaming husband out of the basement to see what was going on! Tilapia is so plentiful and affordable these days so I'm planning on making this many more times. Thanks for posting this wonderful recipe Rita

This was easy to make and delicious! I love things fried and and love fish, so it was a no-brainer that I would like it. My wife does not like fish. But she had seconds of this and some leftovers the following day! My 3 sons (8, 6, & 2 years old) loved it as well. Thanks for the great recipie!
