Very easy and very good. Great for those 90 degree days when you really don't want to turn the oven on. I didn't have cream of mushroom so I used cream of chicken. Delicious!

Fantastic potatoes! I really loved this recipe. It was easy to make and a snap to cook. I didn't have onions on hand, so I substituted with dried minced onions. It still came out delicious! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe!

Oh what a day...late for dinner prep and found this recipe!! So easy to use up my potatoes with all the pantry necessities on hand. Followed directions, cooked for an extra 2 minutes and potatoes were perfect. The sauce was creamy - I had a handful of bacon bit and it was delicious. No more boxed stuff - this is way better!!!

Holy crap! (Sorry, I couldn't contain myself!) This is my new favorite potato recipe right here! I even used all light/fat free versions of all of the ingredients and got the calories down to 112.63 per serving and fat down to .75g per serving!! Even my fat free "cheese" melted just fine in the nuke box (which concerned me a little). I'm glad to find recipes that force me to use my AWESOME mandolin slicer and this was a fine example! This is a keeper for sure and I will make it often! Thanks Miss Diggy!

Wonderful recipe...definitely a keeper. I used the 98% fat free soup. The sauce was creamy and cheesy, and the taste was great. I am not usually a fan of microwave cooking, but this recipe turns out beautifully, without having to heat up the oven (and consequently the house) in the hot summer months! P.S. I left the skins on the potatoes for extra nutrition and fiber!

I would love to give this recipe more stars!! This is a keeper. The potatoes were EXCELLENT. I used 1% milk and pizza blend of cheese. They were every bit as good as oven prepared scalloped potatoes. I will make this recipe many, many times. It is superb!!!!!!!! 12/13/07-have made these sooooo many times. They are soooooo yummy. Having them with grilled steak tonight!

Diggy, these are very good and easy. I baked mine in the oven for about an hour at 450F. The first half hour I covered the 9x13" pan. The last half hour I uncovered it to let them brown. These had a delicious golden brown crust. I bet these would be good wrapped in foil and grilled. Will definitely make these again. Thanks Rita

These potatoes were great! My microwave is not the most powerful, so they took quite awhile, actually now that winter is around the corner next time I'm planning on just baking in the oven. Yummy!
